LUIS VIADA

He is the Senior Vice President for Business Process Management, a strategic quality and productivity initiative based on an enterprise-wide Lean Six Sigma program deployment. Prior to his current position, he was Senior Vice President for Global Resource Management. This initiative was a product of his work as Managing Director for Global Development where he played a key role in the corporation’s entry and expansion programs in China and India. Prior to his corporate positions, Mr. Viada was the Latin America region head for Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services where he had overall responsibility for the company’s analytical resources, business development, and operations in the region. He built the regional network through key acquisitions in Mexico and Argentina and cooperative agreements in Brazil and Chile. Mr. Viada came to Standard & Poor’s after 16 years of international corporate banking with Citibank, where he held a senior position in Asia, Middle East and Latin America. Mr. Viada serves on the board of ProMujer, a non-profit microfinance organization, and serves as a member of the Executive Committee. He is also a Trustee of the Stoneleigh-Burnham School of Greenfield, Massachusetts. He is an active member of the Inter-American Dialogue, and the Mexican-American Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Viada is also the founder of McGraw-Hill’s Hispanic affinity group, the Hispanic Heritage Network. He holds a MS degree from the Georgetown School of Foreign Service and a BA degree in Political Science from Tufts University.

MARIA DI DIA

Upon graduation from Brooklyn’s Sheepshead Bay High School began dancing with a Ballet company. She performed with the Radio City Music Hall Corps de Ballet, and was Dance Captain. She appeared on Broadway and other productions. From 1970-1980 she worked for Edison Theatre’s Norman Kean. In 1980, Maria Productions, Inc. embarked as a General Management office. She continues as Maria Productions, LLC. She managed numerous shows, special events and galas, including Executive Producer/General Manager for BLUE MAN GROUP at the Astor Place Theatre and Associate General Manager of CHICAGO THE MUSICAL. As part of the origins of BROADWAY CARES/EQUITY FIGHTS AIDS, she continues actively on their Board. She’s proud to be a R.Evolución Latina Advisor. It’s mission grabbed her. DARE TO GO BEYOND!

JOE NORTON

is the Associate Director of Education & Outreach for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, the charity voice of the American Theatre industry, where he inspires educational and community-based efforts to raise funds and awareness to fight HIV/AIDS through theatre and the arts. He has been an actor, playwright and producer for various companies in New York City and, as a certified AIDS educator, volunteers his time leading AIDS/HIV workshops in schools and community organizations throughout the Northeast. Joe serves on the Governing Board of the Educational Theatre Association (and the International Thespian Society), and teaches workshops on Theatre as a Social Voice at conferences and festivals across the country. Joe is a member of NYSTEA, TCG and the Dramatists Guild. He is excited to be working with R.Evolución Latina!

STEPHANIE ZEILER

is a Senior Director in Business Process Management (BPM) for The McGraw-Hill Companies. Stephanie helps drive BPM projects in their Corporate segment from inception to completion using the Lean Six Sigma methodology and is responsible for mentoring, guiding and training project leaders and teams. Stephanie, in collaboration with our directors, created project management specific templates for R.Evolución Latina. She then taught a two-week Project Management Seminar in order to develop new project leaders within the R.Evolución Latina team.
